• Technical modeling of the products needed in accordance for the service, tariff and campaign demands of the business units (marketing) and carrying out feasibility studies
• Business analysis and configurations of business units' demands
• Tracking end-to-end customer experience testing processes
• Generating and implementing the necessary follow-ups and coordination of improvement ideas that will ensure continuous productivity in business processes

• Ensure the availability of postpaid applications, realize preventive maintenance activities, 7/24 perform the monitoring of applications proactively, realize system upgrades and necessary tests
• Improve applications' performance with sizing, controlling application resources and optimize capacity to use resources as efficiently as possible with new PL/SQL procedures or redesigned existing procedures
• Analyze and develop talking, messaging and data packages to the system according to marketing team's requests
